I’m having problems downloading files from this site. What can I do?
If the download failed, please check your Internet connection to make sure your connection is working properly. If you are sure your Internet connection is fine, it could be a problem with our server. Sometimes this occurs when the Internet is at its busiest, but the situation will only be temporary. Please try downloading again after a few minutes. |

Are there any limitations within the trial version?
There is no functional difference between a trial version and the full, subscriber version. However, the trial version is available for you to evaluate for 30 days, and there is a watermark on the client reports that are printed. |

I have tested the trial version and decided that it is just what I need. Will I have to recreate my client files when I install the subscriber version?
No. Your client files and settings will all stay intact when you upgrade from the trial version to the subscriber version. |

Do I need to uninstall the trial version before I install the subscriber version?

What should I do if I want to update the program to the latest version?
When an update is available, a prompt will appear when you launch the program. If you accept the prompt, the update will automatically be downloaded and installed. |

Unlimited technical and customer support is provided to trial users, and subscribers, at no charge. In addition, there are live webinar training events and recorded training materials available. |
